nuances architecture d'intérieur - MTV Architectes

In March 2017, interior design firm Nuances Architecture d’Intérieur merged with MVT Architectes, moving to a beautiful building on Geneva’s Voie Creuse. After a successful official opening, we would like to introduce you to the woman and the man for whom architecture and interior design remain a formidable ground for exploration and excellence.

A first in French-speaking Switzerland

Her name is Julie Wittgenstein. She worked in Paris, London, Hong Kong and Singapore before coming to live and work in Switzerland. His name is Guy Wachsmuth, and he created Nuances almost 27 years ago in the heart of the Old Town. Among other ambitious projects, we owe him for the magnificent decor and acoustic scene of Victoria Hall. Upon associating with MVT Architectes, the two specialists now join their talents under the same name and roof. A partnership unheard of in Geneva and in Switzerland.

A gifted duo

On paper as well as in reality, Julie and Guy complement each other, working hand in hand to offer a contemporary vision of the art of living and feeling at home. With every plan, every house, apartment, hotel, office or school project, their profession becomes a vocation. Indeed, their mission is to improve the conditions in which we live, to make the spaces we inhabit more fluid, more natural, and more pleasant to live in and to share.

Talents in synergy

To achieve this ambitious objective, Nuances builds on the long experience of MVT Architectes and calls upon a large palette of inspired designers and craftsmen and women who work with stone, fabric, and leather, in accordance with the highest professional standards. This complementarity of talents leads to a climate favorable to the emergence of innovative ideas and ultra-personalized concepts.
